The AJ 9 debuted in 1994, the year Jordan stepped away from the NBA to play baseball in the minor leagues. While the switch didn’t last, it did see the AJ9 repurposed as a player-exclusive baseball cleat, as well as retroed into a number of new colorways, such as this one.
